At CodeBizz.net, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent transaction process for both buyers and sellers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for digital products purchased on our platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:
Product Not as Described – The delivered item significantly differs from the seller’s listing.
Non-Delivery – The buyer did not receive the purchased file (due to technical issues or seller error).
Defective or Malicious Code – The product contains harmful scripts, malware, or does not function as promised.

Refunds are NOT granted for:
Buyer’s Change of Mind – Simply regretting a purchase.
Incompatibility Issues – If the product doesn’t work with the buyer’s setup (unless falsely advertised).
Unauthorized Purchases – If an account was used without the owner’s consent (report fraud immediately).

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact the Seller First—Buyers must attempt to resolve the issue directly with the seller within 7 days of purchase.

Submit a Refund Request—If unresolved, file a dispute via CodeBizz.net Support (masukmia.eng@gmail.com )

with:

  • Order details (transaction ID).
  • Proof of issue (screenshots, error logs).
  • Reason for the refund request.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

🔹 Seller-Approved Refund—If the seller agrees, a full/partial refund is processed within 3-5 business days.
🔹 Dispute Mediation—If unresolved, CodeBizz.net reviews the case and may issue a refund within 14 days.
🔹 Payment Method—Refunds are returned via the original payment method (PayPal, card, etc.).

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must respond to refund requests within 72 hours.

Repeated refunds due to poor-quality listings may result in account suspension.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

⚠️ Unauthorized chargebacks (filing disputes with banks/PayPal without contacting us first) may lead to account bans.
⚠️ Fraudulent refund requests will result in permanent suspension.

6. Exceptions

Subscription-based products may have different refund rules (check individual seller terms).

Custom-developed services (freelance work) follow agreements between buyer and seller.
