A. Standard License (Personal/Commercial Use)

Use in unlimited projects if specified by the seller.

❌ Not Allowed:

Redistribute, resell, or offer as a downloadable product.

Use in products sold as "templates" or "source code" (e.g., website builders).

B. Extended License (Resale/White-label Use)

✅ Allowed:

Use in multiple end products.

Sell as part of a SaaS, app, or software product.

Modify and rebrand as your own.

❌ Not Allowed (Unless Explicitly Permitted):

Redistribute the original source files (buyers must add significant value).

C. Custom Licenses

Some sellers may offer custom licensing (e.g., subscription-based, enterprise use). Check the product description for details.

2. Buyer’s Rights & Restrictions

✔ You Can:

• Use purchased products in your own projects (as per the license).
• Modify the code to fit your needs.
• Use in client work (if the Standard License allows).

✖ You Cannot:

• Resell or redistribute the original files (unless an extended license applies).
• Share downloads with others (each user must purchase separately).

3. Seller’s Responsibilities

4. Enforcement & Violations

If a buyer violates license terms, the seller may report them to CodeBizz.net for suspension.

Legal action may be taken for severe violations (e.g., mass redistribution).

5. Refunds & License Disputes

• Refunds are not granted for license misunderstandings (buyers must read terms before purchase).
• Disputes are resolved via CodeBizz.net support.

6. Governing Law

These License Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
